In the Bible, God is referred to by various names and likewise, Jesus the Christ was also referred to in various ways; Stone, Sword, Light, Eagle, Lion, Lamb, Hammer, Fire, Bronze Serpent, the Kingdom, Leaven, the Good Shepherd are just a few titles/names. But, why use all these names? God uses what we know to draw us a picture of what He is saying, so that we can remember.
God has been telling His people that the world system started out well, but after the rebellion of humanity, it has been getting [and will continue to get] worse. God has shown Himself to us through our environment. Man has always needed to worship something because God created humans to worship Him. Therefore, "a fool says in his heart,'there is no god'".
Wherever we go, believers take God with them since He fills the space for worship.
NOTE: The only thing the devil asked Jesus for, was worship. Jesus redeemed us from the oppression of darkness and put us in the Light to complete God's plan. Jesus resisted that temptation and made a way for you and I to be right with God and walk in His glory.
A concerning thing about the glory of God in the Church today is the surprise that happens when the glory appears. The Israelites lived under God's cloud of glory for 40 years. God can get your attention through dreams and visions. And the enemy will try to sow doubt about what God has shown. This is why dreams and visions should be written down/recorded, so that they can be interpreted and remembered. Therefore, they should not be taken lightly.
The Seven Spirits of God are referred in Revelations 4:5 and chapter 5:6. These are sent to the Kingdom of God to accomplish His will. The seven eyes are the attributes of the Holy Spirit (Isaiah 11:2-10) and the verses speak about Jesus and His followers.
God wants to take you where the enemy cannot survive.
